Please read this Event Registration Waiver and Release Form (“Waiver”) carefully and be sure you understand it before registering for the event.

I, the undersigned participant (“Participant”), hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that participating in the event involves certain risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, illness, and property damage. I voluntarily accept and assume full responsibility for these risks.
• Physical Fitness: I affirm that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in the event. I will immediately notify the event organizers if my physical condition changes and becomes a concern during my participation.
• Release and Waiver: In consideration for being allowed to participate in the event, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the event organizers, their agents, employees, and volunteers, from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, or expenses, whether at law or in equity, arising out of any personal injury or property damage that may result from my participation in the event.
• Medical Treatment Authorization: In the event of any injury or illness, I authorize the event organizers to secure and administer medical treatment or emergency medical transportation, as they deem necessary.
• Photographic Release: I grant the event organizers the right to take photographs, videos, and audio recordings of me during the event and to use these materials for promotional purposes.
• Cancellation and Refund Policy: I acknowledge that event registration fees are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation, except as may be expressly provided by the event organizers.
• Compliance with Rules: I agree to abide by all event rules and regulations, as well as any instructions provided by the event organizers and their representatives.
• Minors: For Participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete this waiver on their behalf.
